We offer a relaxing safe space where anxiety can be brought under control and in time, left behind through time and work with our support.

This session is provided to help Staff at DCH access the On-Site Counselling Service - here we explain how the process works, assist in securing the required referral and provide temporary support ahead of the regular sessions.

This option gives you a 45 min session with an experienced professional counsellor, designed to answer any questions you may have, explore how therapy can work for you and help you determine the right path. Once we have decided to move forward together, this initial assessment will provide us with a good understanding of what is involved and how to move forward with your support. At this meeting, the affordability of ongoing sessions will be discussed with the final cost being confirmed by email based on this discussion and once paired with an appropriate Therapist. (On occasions, the therapist may discuss direct payment of fees with you at your first appointment but you will always know in advance of the event the cost.) The cost of the assessment is £45, the cost of subsequent sessions could be higher or lower based on who you see, and any funding support that may be available to you. At Wellbeing Practice, we provide parents with the guidance and assistance they need to navigate the intricacies of raising children. This assessment will provide you with a few ideas and insights that may prove helpful, along with a report of what help and support we can provide moving forward. Often, we are requested to provide reports to support funding applications for various support agencies. Our aim in this assessment is to deliver you information, strategy and hope, a clear view of available support, delivering the message that you are not alone. There is no obligation beyond the assessment.
