Leesa qualified as a counsellor in 2018 and is dedicated to supporting mental health and wellbeing. She is a primary school teacher (4-11 year olds) with 25 years of teaching experience and runs a local youth group (11 - 19 year olds), she has a particular specialism in working with young people and a lot of SEND expereience .
She takes a flexible, creative approach to counselling, tailoring sessions to each individual and using a range of interactive and engaging methods beyond traditional talk therapy. By creating a safe, personalised, and accessible space, Leesa helps clients express themselves, build resilience, and develop the confidence and tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.

She works with adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, domestic abuse and past trauma, as well as those with unexplained physical symptoms. Linda also supports young people in schools and private practice, offering a confidential space to explore their concerns and develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

Karen has experience supporting people affected by trauma, abuse, and domestic violence, as well as those living with long-term neurological conditions. She also has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and AuDHD) and those exploring gender and sexuality.
Emily’s style is warm and genuine, combining empathy with gentle challenge when helpful. Her goal is to support deeper self-understanding and authentic, sustainable growth. She also integrates her Level 2 Life Coaching qualification where appropriate to help with clarity and direction.
