Service Description

Assessment for Counselling Support @ Ashely Cross Therapy Room This option gives you a 45-minute session with an experienced professional counsellor. The session is designed to answer any questions you may have, explore how therapy can work for you, and help you determine the right path. Once we have decided to move forward together, this initial assessment will give us a clear understanding of what is involved and how to proceed with your support. At this meeting, the affordability of ongoing sessions will be discussed. Based on this discussion and once paired with an appropriate Therapist, the final cost will be confirmed by email. (On occasion, the therapist may discuss direct payment of fees with you at your first appointment, but you will always know the cost in advance of the event.) The cost of the assessment is £45. The cost of subsequent sessions could be higher or lower, depending on who you see and any funding support available to you. If, at the end of this assessment session, we tell you that we cannot work with you for any reason, you can request a full refund of this assessment fee. ---- Please Note---- We do ask for payment in advance for all initial assessment sessions.
